For a very long time I have pondered life, wondering who I was on this planet that we call home. I never where I belonged or what direction I should steer myself to. In school I was what you would call the "off-beat" or "outcast" and I accepted that. Other people's outfits never troubled me or what was cool at the moment, and that made me one of the weirdos. But as time went by I came to realized that none of that mattered because we all eventually grow up. We all mature and live life, well most of us do anyways. At the close of life we truly see what matters and that what's important in the end.

As most of you know, my discovery of David came like most people: heard him sing, was mesmerized, and became a fan. But what is odd is that this stranger who I have never met made me feel so many emotions when he sang. His voice made me feel like nothing mattered; like I should follow the blazing path that my heart was burning in front of me. After hearing this stranger sing I felt like I could do anything and everything I ever wanted. He inspired me to overcome the obstacles in my life as he did in his. There is a very beautiful lyric from David's song "Falling" that gives me hope whenever I have doubts. Its simple, but true: "Keep on pressing through to the end". No matter what life throws at you never give up, never loose sight of who you are and what you want to do. Always believe in yourself, and if you find help along the way take it. Help will be offered weather you know it, see it, or feel it. Trust me, its there.

Once upon a time there was a boy who happened to find one of the most amazing friendship possible. His friendship with these amazing people helped him steer himself into who he was. They all shared a common love and that only strengthened their friendships. The boy loved talking to them because they always had loving words to give to each other. This group of friends made the boy smile, laugh, cry, and think. That boy found the place where he belongs.

Thank you to every single person who has helped me along the way of life

Life Is In Your Hands

Thu Jul 9, 2009, 11:20 PM
This is just a poem I wrote a while back

Life Is In Your Hands

Do you stare out the mirror and see the sky?
does your mind ever ask itself why?
if only we could undertand this ripped up place
and sow back together the faceless face

does the clock tick backwards just for you?
does life give you pain for everything you do?
just give yourself a chance and you will see
that you can be everything you wanted to be

does life judge you on what you do?
is the sky always grey and never blue?
take the paintbrush and paint it back
don't let it be filled with nothing but black

does each day bring nothing but pain?
do you see the thunder outside but not the rain?
take your own water and throw it at the sky
don't let life give you a lie

and if you need someone by your side
to help and serve you as your giude
i'll show you the way, just open your eyes
and watch as the darkness dies

you will understand
you will understand........
